On July 17, 2014 at 10:45 p.m., the Guelph Police received information that an intoxicated female was going to drive her car. Police located her in the driver’s seat in a parking lot on Silvercreek Parkway South. It was determined that she was impaired and she was arrested.
Janet Kirch, 48 years of Burlington has been charged with care and control impaired as well as care and control over 80 mg. She will appear in court on August 5, 2014.
