At approximately 1am, Barrie Police were conducting speed enforcement on Dunlop St west and had stopped a male on a motorcycle.
As the male pulled to the curb, the male fell off his motorcycle and rolled into a ditch.
After regaining his footing with the help of Police, the male removed his helmet and was found to be in an intoxicated condition.
The male was arrested for impaired driving and taken to the Barrie Police Service for a breath test.
The male supplied samples that were 2 ½ times the legal limit.
A 19 year old male was held till sober and faces a May court date.
