Barrie Police were called to the area of the South Shore community center for an impaired driver.
Police were told a male on an “eBike†was so intoxicated he fell off his vehicle as he was driving along park paths.
Police located the male and found him to be in an intoxicated condition.
The male was arrested for impaired driving and taken to the Barrie Police Service for a series of breath tests.
A 41 year old male provided samples that were almost twice the legal limit. He was held till sober and is now facing a September court date.
