Impaired Charge Laid Following Collision

(ADELAIDE METCALFE, ON) – On September 20, 2018, at approximately 12:05 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Egremont Drive, Adelaide Metcalfe.

Officers arrived on scene and determined that the 28-year-old male, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.

As a result of the police investigation, Brock ARMSTRONG, of Plympton Wyoming, Ontario was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).

The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on October 29, 2018.
