Barrie Police responded to a call on Grace Crescent for a suspicious vehicle. The caller told police that a car seemed to be running in an unusual location. Investigating officers questioned the lone male who was seated in the drivers seat with the engine running. The 19 year old man from Toronto did not have an answer to why he was sitting there with the engine running and had a strong smell of alcohol emanating from his breath. He was arrested for Impaired Care and Control and taken into custody. He will be released later this morning with a future court date in January 2014.
