(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On April 23, 2017 at 1:26 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash along Highway 21 in Kincardine Township. Officers arrived with Bruce County paramedics to find that a Silver Dodge Caravan and a Brown GMC Sierra pick-up truck were involved in the crash. The driver of the Caravan, 65-year-old Shirley HAMMOND of Mapleton Township, was charged with fail to yield. There were no serious injuries reported at the scene.
