Huron County is experiencing an early dose of winter like driving conditions. Areas throughout the county have experienced conditions of poor visibility and slippery roads.

During this 24 hour period driver error has caused vehicles to slide off the roadway into trees, hydro poles, and ditches. Drivers have also carried too much speed into intersections and have been unable to get stopped in time. One vehicle struck another in the rear and another slid through an intersection and was struck by another vehicle.
