Hubert Miller – Drunk Driving

(BLUEWATER, ON) – On June 2, 2012 at 7:37 p.m. Huron County OPP officers stopped a blue Dodge pickup while conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) checkpoint at the intersection of Dashwood Road and Bronson Line.

Upon speaking with the male driver, the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside test was completed and the driver registered a fail. Upon arriving at the Huron detachment for breathalyzer tests the driver refused to provide a sample of his breath.

As a result, Hubert MILLER, age 83, from Dashwood has been charged with Fail to Provide a Breath Sample. He has a court date scheduled for July 19, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension. LP12149331
