Howick Township Brochures – Request for Quote

The Township of Howick will receive quotes until Monday, May 15, 2015 at 12 noon for

designing and printing of 2,000; 5,000 and 10,000 Howick Township brochures.

1. Work Schedule

The contractor shall provide a work schedule indicating a start date and completion

date.

2. Taxes

The contractor shall indicate the total amount of HST, if any, as separate lines on the

quote.

3. General

The Township of Howick reserves the right to not accept the lowest price or any

quotation; and change, suspend or cancel (in whole or in part) any aspect of the RFQ

process at any time prior to the acceptance of any quotation.

Your quotation must allow for all obligations in providing the product or service.

Howick’s expectation is that the prices quoted are the total price payable. Information in

this RFQ is provided for the sole purpose of preparing and submitting a quotation and

the information will be kept confidential and will not be use for any other purposes. This

is not a formal tender process. No legal obligations or liability arise in relation to this

RFQ.

Contractors are to submit quotes, together with any relevant information associated with

the print job prior to 12 noon on Monday, May 15, 2015 to
