On Friday evening at approximately 9:13pm, Fire and police responded to a house fire at a residence on Collete Cr. in the City’s north end. A number of the occupants of the home were transported to RVH, four of the victims were stabilized and taken to GTA area hospitals for further treatment. The fire damage was contained to the one residence. At present members of the Barrie Fire Department, Barrie Police and the Ontario Fire Marshal are investigating the cause of this incident.
