Town Hall has agreed to release OPP costing for Wingham this fall. This makes our $100 offer moot, and WFP formally withdraws the $100 reward/offer.
All those thinking of investing and living in Wingham should keep a close eye on upcoming events. Property values are currently depressed, and if taxes are brought under control there is great deal of money to be made when Wingham starts to recover and property values rebound.
All WFP supporters that already have signs made for tonight’s Council meeting are urged to keep them, just in case the numbers aren’t released this fall.
In celebration of this news, WFP will be temporarily taking down our Tax Banner that has been viewed over 1,000,000 times. Hopefully there will be more “positive” headlines to report instead.
If you are going to tonight’s Council meeting regarding policing costs, there is no need. There are still a plethora of other issues that need addressing though.
