On Thursday, December 4, 2014, shortly before 1 p.m., officers responded to an emergency call for a stabbing at 42 Bonnechere Crescent.
It is alleged that:
– officers from 41 Division arrived to find a man who had suffered obvious trauma and was pronounced at the scene
– a second man was located at the scene and arrested
– Homicide investigators attended and investigated this incident
A post-mortem examination was conducted and the cause of death was a stab wound.
The deceased has now been identified as Timothy James Baile, 49, the resident of the apartment.
Bradley Allen Shreve, 52, also a resident of the apartment, has now been charged with the following:
1) Second-Degree Murder
He appeared in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Friday, December 5, 2014.
