On August 12, 2016 at 5:50pm a 36 year old male suspect entered a backyard shed in the area of Shelley Drive and Hill Mount Avenue in Kitchener. The male suspect was chased by the home owner to a nearby residence where it was believed he was still inside.
Police were called and searched the area. Several minutes later the suspect was seen in the area of Wilson Avenue and Eighth Avenue where he was located by police and arrested. The adult male is being held for bail hearing in the morning. Suspect is charged with break and enter commit X2 and mischief under $5000. Most of the property was recovered and returned to the rightful owners.
