On Monday March 9, 2015 at approximately 10:30 p.m. three men forced their way into a residence on Albion Street. One accused is in custody. Two men were armed with a baton and pepper spray and one man armed with a black pistol style handgun. The intruders pepper sprayed two dogs that were in the residence. Three persons were inside the home at the time of the incident, a woman and two men. The accused began striking two men inside the home with a baton. A second suspect pointed the firearm and struck the men in the head with the gun. The third suspect was holding a female resident down and had punched her in the head. One of the victims managed to escape and grab a machete style knife and confronted the intruders. The accused and two suspects fled the residence and were observed running down the street and jumping into a red getaway car. The second suspect continued to point the firearm. The victim ran outside with the machete and flagged down a passerby in a car.
