Late Wednesday evening a couple were watching television in their Ridwell Street home. At that time three males entered the premise via the unlocked front door. All three all of the males had their faces covered and according to the victims each was armed with a pistol. The males made a demand for cash and drugs. The victim complied and the suspects obtained a quantity of cash and the victim’s vehicle. All three fled the scene.
Police attended a short time later. The victim’s vehicle was located abandoned on Highway 400. At the time of this report the initial investigation continues. Anyone with information regarding this occurrence is urged to contact the Criminal Investigation Division or Crimestoppers.
