Home Invasion Leads To Foot Pursuit – One Arrested One At Large

Brampton – Investigators from the Central Robbery Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect of a Brampton home invasion.

On Monday December 19, 2016 at approximately 7:20 am, two suspects forcefully entered a home on Sliprock Court, in the city of Brampton. There were three occupants in the home at the time of the incident. Peel Police attended the scene and a foot pursuit ensued with both suspects. Responding officers were able to arrest one party and the second party is still outstanding.

A firearm was used in the commission of this offence and has not been recovered.

The outstanding party is described as male, black, approximately 5’10, average build, short hair, wearing a black or blue ¾ length pea coat, light coloured jeans and black boots.

One victim was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital. Peel investigators are confident this was a targeted attack and there is no concern for public safety.
