Home Invasion – Haris MASIC – Armed Robbery, Pointing Firearm, etc

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On March 20, 2018, at approximately 4:30 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a home invasion on Elviage Drive, Middlesex Centre.

As a result of a police investigation, 33-year-old, male, Haris MASIC of London, Ontario was arrested on May 29, 2018. He has been charged with the following offences pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC):

CC 87 Pointing a Firearm

CC 343(d) Armed Robbery

CC 279(2) Forcible Confinement

CC 95(a) Possession of Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm

CC 348(1)(b) Break, Enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence

The accused appeared in court on May 30, 2018 and was remanded into custody.
