On Sunday August 4th, at approximately 9:39 p.m., a beige Nissan Sentra was parked in front of the Starbucks located at 21 Clair Road West in the city of Guelph.
At that time a Dodge pickup truck was reversing westbound from a parking spot near the Nissan. The Dodge pickup truck then struck the driver’s side of the Nissan causing approximately $1500 in damages. The driver of the Dodge pickup truck then quickly fled the scene eastbound on Clair Road.
The driver was described as a white female, approximately 18-22 years of age with a blonde ponytail. The female was in the company of friends and it is believed they attended to the Starbucks just prior to the collision. The truck was described as an older make Dodge pickup that was green/blue in colour and the licence plate was similar to 644 XXJ.
Police are looking to speak with the responsible driver of the Dodge pickup.
