The Owen Sound Police Service is currently investigating a motor vehicle collision that occurred at approximately 1:00 am on Friday June 28th, 2013.
The incident involved a pick-up truck driving at a high rate of speed west bound on 11th Street West in wet, poor weather conditions. The vehicle ultimately left the roadway and collided with a tree in the 800 block of 11th Street West rendering the motor vehicle inoperable and the driver’s side door crushed inward. The impact of this collision created an extremely loud noise.
