On July 3rd 2015, at approximately 3:30 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to Arthur Street for a collision. It is alleged that a male driver was swerving on the road and struck two parked vehicles. He then drove away, struck a third vehicle and left the scene. The male and his vehicle were located a short time later.
Matthew Joseph Garcia, 29 years, of Guelph, has been charged with impaired, operate over 80mgs and fail to remain. He will appear in court on July 14th, 2015.
