(ST MARYS, ON) – On Friday November 25, 2016 shortly after 11:00 p.m. the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were alerted, by a local resident, to a car being driven erratically in the Town of St Marys.
Officers attended the area and located the driver. Investigation revealed that the driver of the car had struck several curbs and a stop sign. 33-year-old Sharlene LIM from the Philippines was arrested and charged for careless driving and fail to remain under the Highway Traffic Act. The accused was released on a recognizance entered into before an officer in charge under the Provincial Offences Act. The accused is to appear in Provincial Offences Court in Stratford on January 24, 2017.
