On January 1, 2015 at 10:00 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to the intersection of Edinburgh Road South and Kortright Road West for a hit and run collision. Investigation alleges that a southbound white four door vehicle was in the left turn lane at the red light and when the light turned green, the vehicle turned right, striking a southbound Pontiac Sunfire within the intersection. This caused the Sunfire to mount the north-east curb. The white four door vehicle then left the scene.
The responsible vehicle will have damage to the passenger front corner and is missing the signal light assembly from the passenger front corner.
