On January 3, 2015, at approximately 3:30 am, a 2011 Infinity motor vehicle was travelling on Benjamin Rd, in the city of Waterloo, when the driver lost control, left the road and struck a tree. The driver and a passenger then left the area on foot. No effort was made by the driver to contact the police. Due to the severity of the collision, the occupants of the vehicle may have been injured.
