On March 11, 2015 at 8:20 a.m. the Guelph Police went to Guelph Street and Western Avenue for a hit and run collision. It is alleged that a male driving a maroon coloured pickup, turned from Guelph Street onto Western Avenue and struck a 13-year-old girl crossing the street. The vehicle left the scene.
The pedestrian suffered minor injuries, and did not require immediate medical attention.
