(PERTH COUNTY, ON) –The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), in accordance with the Police Services Act, is releasing information regarding a high-risk offender now residing in Perth County, Ontario.
OPP is advising residents of the area that 44 year old Danny Patrick FRAIL has been released from custody and will be residing at a Highway 7&8, Shakespeare, ON address. He has previous convictions for Possession of Stolen Property, Obstructing Justice, Uttering Threats, Mischief Under $1,000, Assault, Failing to Comply with Recognizance, Failing to Comply with Probation Order and Criminal Harassment.
FRAIL recently completed a custodial sentence, and is now released. He is currently bound by a Probation Order with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, report to Probation and Parole office, have no contact with prior victims, and abstain from the purchase, possession or consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substance or any controlled substance as defined in the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.
He is also prohibited from possessing any firearm, crossbow, prohibited and restricted weapon, prohibited device, ammunition, prohibited ammunition, explosive substance or anything that is designed or could be used as a weapon.
Frail is described as male, white 5’7”, 167 pounds, medium build with blonde hair and blue eyes.
