(KINCARDINE, ON) – On February 6th, 2011 at 2:30 am, the South Bruce OPP received a complaint of a woman yelling at passing vehicles on Durham Street in Kincardine. Officers arrived and found the woman was heavily intoxicated.
41 year old Heather CUNNINGHAM of Bowmanville was arrested and charged with Public intoxication.
