On the afternoon of November 21st, there was an altercation between two teenage boys on a City bus that continued after they both got off. One of the boys produced a hammer and struck the other, causing a laceration to his head that required medical attention.
On the morning of November 29th, the 17 year old attended the police station and surrendered himself. He was charged with assault with a weapon and later was released at a bail hearing to appear back before the court in December.
