On September 9th 2016, members of the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau – Street Crime Unit, concluded a drug related investigation and executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Burnet Street in Oakville. A male party was also arrested at the time.
Investigators seized a quantity of drugs including;
255 grams of Marihuana
20 Marihuana plants
4.6 grams of Cannabis Resin (hashish)
Other related items (scales and packaging material)
Small amount of cash
Total estimated street value of drugs seized – $22,600.00
Maxim BULL, 24 years of Oakville is charged with the following offences:
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance
Possession of a Controlled Substance
BULL was later released from custody and will appear in Milton Court on October 10th.
