This morning (11Jan2017) the sidewalk on Josephine Street was polluted with some form of oil/chemical that left the majority of the sidewalk showing a tell-tale “petroleum rainbow”. This is not a few feet of sidewalk, horrifically it is multiple streets.
This chemical/oil spill is likely a direct result of Hall Of Shamer neil vincent’s abundant apathy and decade of “no standards” that has left our once thriving Community and infrastructure to rot. Hall of Shamer neil vincent has refused to unhold section 224 of the Municipal Act and hold department heads to account. Many say if you break the law you are Criminal, but that’s the kind of behaviour you can expect from a Hall of Shamer.
Maybe a few of you bleeding heart double-digiters think this chemical spill down Wingham’s main street is not representative of the quality of work town staff are allowed to get away with, you would be wrong.
The charging station for electric vehicles has had it’s charging hose/cord forcibly removed. Town staff are highly suspected of damaging it during snow removal. Sidewalks and side streets should be clear today, after the rain yesterday. Town staff left all the slush on the side streets and sidewalks, making them extremely hazardous for students and other pedestrians. Don’t worry, Hall of Shamer neil vincent has upped our insurance coverage so he can afford let more people get injured and sue the Town. There’s a very warm place in the afterlife for humans such as this.
