Hall Of Shamer Angela DRUMOND Caught Again – Methamphetamine, etc

(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) – A 36 year old male and 50 year old female are facing charges after a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) traffic stop that took place on October 11, 2013 at the intersection of B Line Road and Harriston Road.. A silver Honda sedan entered the R.I.D.E check at 10:30 a.m.. Officers spoke with the driver and a subsequent check on his driving status revealed he was currently under suspension. The driver was arrested for the offence of Driving While Under Suspension.

Officers then spotted a stolen camera in the backseat of the vehicle. A female passenger was placed under arrest and a search incident to arrest revealed the female passenger was also in possession of an illegal drug and a prohibited weapon commonly known as a “flick knife”.

As a result, the driver Christopher DALTON, 36 years of age from West Perth has been charged with Drive While Under Suspension. He will have to attend Provincial Offences Court in Goderich at a later date.

Angela DRUMOND, 50 years of age from North Huron has been charged with: Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon contrary to section 91 (2) Criminal Code, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to section 354(1)(a) Criminal Code, Fail to Comply with a Recognizance contrary to section 145 (3) Criminal Code and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Schedule I (Methamphetamine) contrary to section 4 (1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. She has been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for November 21, 2013 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Wingham.
