A Guelph Police Service Constable was served a Notice of Hearing pursuant to the Police Services Act alleging two counts of misconduct.
The ten year veteran will appear at a Public Hearing on Tuesday November 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holiday Inn located on Scottsdale Drive, to answer to the charges. The Notice of Hearing alleges one count of breach of confidence and one count of discreditable conduct.
