On September 3, 2015 at 12:50 a.m. a 21 year old female was in the downtown area when a red Pontiac pulled up to her. The driver described as a 25-30 year old Asian male, attempted to lure the female into the vehicle. The female threatened to call Police and the male fled the area.

Single Motor Vehicle Collision
On September 2, at 11:25 a.m. a vehicle, driven by a 55 year old Guelph male was eastbound on Grange when it suddenly left the roadway and struck a hydro pole. The male was transported to the Guelph General Hospital by ambulance and subsequently released with minor injuries. The matter remains under investigation.

Multiple Vehicle Collision
On September 2, 2015 at 1:00 a.m. a 40 year old Guelph man was operating a pickup truck in the area of Rosewood Avenue when he apparently suffered a medical condition. The pickup then struck two unoccupied vehicles and a hydro pole on Willow Road. The male was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
