Guelph Police Daily News Release – November 20, 2015

Break and enter

On November 19, 2015 at 8:22 a.m., the Guelph Police went to a Gordon Street South business to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) entered a shed on the property sometime overnight by damaging the door. No theft is reported.

Stolen vehicle – recovered

On November 18, 2015 at 6:56 a.m., a red Chrysler Intrepid was stolen from the parking lot of Tim Horton’s on Silvercreek Parkway while the owner went inside. This vehicle was located on November 19, 2015 in London.

Disturbance downtown – arrest

On November 20, 2015 at 12:53 a.m., the Guelph Police went to a disturbance in front of an establishment on Macdonell Street. It is alleged that an intoxicated male was causing issues and damaged property. Further investigation also determined that this same male was responsible for a theft at a convenience store on Carden Street prior to the disturbance. The male was arrested.

Andre Rowe, 20 years of Milton has been charged with mischief under $5,000, cause disturbance and theft under $5,000. He will appear in court on January 8, 2016.
