Drive Over 80 mg arrest
On October 27th, 2016 at 10:00pm p.m., the Guelph Police received information about a possible impaired driver operating a motor vehicle on Waterloo Avenue in Guelph. Police located the vehicle in a parking lot on Silvercreek Parkway South and observed a male in the driver seat. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
John Josephson, 54 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on November 15, 2016.
Break and enter
On October 27th, 2016 the Guelph Police attended a residence on Hazelwood Drive to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) gained entry through the locked rear door of the residence sometime overnight. Personal items of the home owners were stolen.
