Break and enter
On November 28, 2016 at 8:09 a.m., the Guelph Police went to a Raymond Street apartment building to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) damaged the door to the electrical room to gain entry and stole tools sometime overnight.

Stolen motorcycle
On November 29, 2016 at 1:01 a.m., the Guelph Police received the report of a motorcycle stolen from an Alice Street residence. The bike is a 2006 yellow and blue Suzuki DRZ 400, Ontario plate # 4709P.

Speeding – In the area of Paisley Road and Candlewood Drive from 8:12 a.m. – 9:53 a.m. – 10 tickets issued.
Speeding – In the area of Victoria Road at Greenview Street from 11:49 a.m. – 1:23 p.m. – 9 tickets issued.
Speeding – In the area of Speedvale Avenue at Renfield Street from 2:09 p.m. – 2:50 p.m. – 2 tickets issued.
Stop sign enforcement at Metcalfe Street and Lemon Street from 10:09 a.m. – 10:41 a.m. – 0 tickets issued
Theft from cars
On November 28, 2016 the Guelph Police received five reports from Guelph residents about thefts from their cars. The locations were Valleyhaven Lane, Edinburgh Road North, Watt Street and two on Schroder Crescent.
This crime is easily avoided by locking your cars, keeping valuables out of sight or removed from your vehicle and parked in a well-lit and visible area where possible.
