On September 15, 2016 the Guelph Police received the report of a suspicious male that had scared some kids. At approximately 8:30 a.m., near the intersection of Grange Road and Starwood Drive, a group of female elementary students were approached by an unknown male who acted inappropriately towards them.
The male is described as white, 6 feet tall, 30-40 years of age, brown hair, unshaven, wearing a Star Wars RTD 2 sweater, jeans and he walks with a limp. The male frequents the area of the plaza at Grange Road and Starwood Drive. The male did not commit a criminal offence, but Guelph Police wish to speak to him regarding his behaviour.

Property damage
On September 16, 2016 at 3:07 a.m., the Guelph Police received the report of property damage at a Waterloo Avenue apartment building. The superintendent of the building advised that several males had been in the front entryway and attempted to gain access. They did not gain entry but did damaged the camera and then left the area in a vehicle. No descriptions were obtained.

In the area of Willow Road/Westwood Road from 7:40 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
In the area of Woodlawn Road/Governors Road from 9:20 a.m. – 12:25 p.m.
In the area of Woodlawn Road/Governors Road from 1:25 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
A total of 20 tickets were issued between the three locations/timeframes.
