A “bust-out fraud” occurs on an account that has generally been opened and maintained for some period of time. A perpetrator first makes large deposits, usually of counterfeit cheques, into the account, followed by a fast expenditure of funds via cash withdrawals or purchases of fence-able goods such as jewelry or electronics. A number of financial institutions were victims of this fraud and total losses exceed $125,000.00.

Human trafficking
Human Trafficking is a criminal offence that, very simply put, is selling another human being, most often for either sexual purposes or labor exploitation.
