(WALKERTON, ON) – On October 15th, 2011 at 6:34 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Jackson Street, Walkerton noticed the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado pick up truck wasn’t wearing a seat belt. The vehicle was stopped and the officer further determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 34 year old Gregory RUSSWURM of Carrick Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on November 21st, 2011 to answer to the charge.
