(ARRAN TWP, ON) On April 7, 2013 at 4:27 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Concession 10 in Arran Township stopped to check on a Grey Chevrolet Cavalier with its lights on. The officer found that the vehicle was running and the man behind the wheel had been drinking alcohol. 52 year old Gregory DAILEY of Arran-Elderslie Township has been charged with Impaired care or control and Care or control over 80 milligrams. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for April 8, 2013.
