(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On July 21, 2012 at approximately 9:50 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped a Nissan Pathfinder on Airport Line near Crediton Road. Upon speaking with the male driver the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol.
Goran DODIK, 40, from Lakeshore, ON has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on September 27, 2012. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
