(HURON EAST, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are currently investigating the theft of a Jeep Patriot sports utility vehicle that was stolen this past weekend from a residence located on Front Road.
The Patriot was being advertised for sale by a private owner as such it had been parked out near the roadway. The vehicle was stolen Sunday, May 14th sometime between 8:30 p.m. and 10:50 p.m. The vehicle was locked prior to the theft.
The vehicle is described as a gold, 2009, Jeep Patriot with a rear window that was tinted. The vehicle is valued at approximately $8,000.
