(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) On Sunday, February 17, 2013 in the early morning hours, Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting vehicle patrol on County Road 8 west of Hepworth, Town of South Bruce Peninsula., when they observed a Black Jeep driving erratically and initiated a traffic stop.
The male driver had been drinking. He failed a roadside test, and subsequent intoxilyzer results indicated his blood alcohol concentration was over two times the legal limit. Twenty-six year old Glenn JOHNSTON of Southampton was arrested and charged for Over 80. He will appear in Owen Sound Court on March 28, 2013 to answer to the charge.
