IMPAIRED DRIVER FAILS TO REMAIN AT COLLISION
(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On January 15th, 2011 at 2:54 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a fail to remain crash and a description of the suspect vehicle from the Saugeen Shores Police Service. A South Bruce OPP officer on patrol stopped the vehicle on Highway 21 in Bruce Township and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
53 year old Gerald WILSON of Kincardine Township is charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on March 7th, 2011 to answer to the charge
