(PERTH EAST, ON) – On Monday February 13, 2017 shortly before 9:00 a.m. Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified of the theft of a generator from in front of a shop on Line 83 in the Township of Perth East.
The owner had been running the generator throughout the previous night because of the power outage. He checked the generator on Monday February 13, 2017 at approximately 5:00 a.m. and returned at around 8:00 a.m. and found it had been stolen. The generator is a blue 2012 Miller Trailblazer 325 diesel generator which has been bolted to a single axle, unplated trailer. The value of this generator is estimated to be around $10,000.
