Gang Mugging In Kitchener

On September 18, 2015 at approximately 9:20pm, 2 teenaged Kitchener males were walking in a field between Resurrection High School and the CN RAIL tracks in the city of Kitchener. They were approached by 3 males with their faces covered. The 3 suspects robbed the victims of their cell phones. All of the males were reportedly carrying pieces of lumber and one was believed to be in possession of a handgun. The victims were not injured. The three males are described as: 1- white, approximately 5’8”tall, approximately 15-20years old, slim build, wearing dark hoody & a bandana over his face. 2- white, approximately 6’ tall, slim build, about 15-20 years old, wearing dark clothing and a bandana over his face. 3- white, approximately 5’6” tall, heavy build, approximately 15-20 years old, wearing dark hoodie with bandana over his face. Anyone with information is asked to call Waterloo Regional Police Service at 519-653-7700 ext 6399 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS. Police remind the community to call police if they observe any suspicious behavior.
