Freezing Drizzle Alert – Roads May Be Slippery

Special weather statement in effect for:

Goderich – Bluewater – Southern Huron County

Listowel – Milverton – Northern Perth County

Stratford – Mitchell – Southern Perth County

Wingham – Blyth – Northern Huron County

A few patches of lingering freezing drizzle early this morning.

Some patchy freezing drizzle continues to affect parts of Southern Ontario where temperatures are still just below the freezing mark. It has spread into Extreme Eastern Ontario as well. A cold front crossing Southern Ontario today will tend to sweep any remnant freezing drizzle to the east. Some roads may become rather slippery, especially any untreated surfaces. Please adjust your driving accordingly, particularly for the morning commute.
