(KINCARDINE, ON) – On March 17th, 2012 at 10:20 pm, South Bruce OPP officers set up a R.I.D.E. check at the intersection of Broadway Street and Huron Terrace in Kincardine. At 10:49 pm, a Black Dodge Ram stopped and officers found a quantity of illicit drugs in the vehicle. 28 year old Frank WHITE of Port Elgin was charged with Possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 7th, 2012 to answer to the charge.
