(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) Sometime between 11 p.m. on Saturday October 15 2011 and 5 a.m. Sunday October 16, 2011 an unknown person entered the drive shed of a farm south west of Stratford on Perth Line 32 and stole a pickup truck which was parked inside.
The truck is a green 1997 Dodge Ram truck with Ontario licence plates 810 0FA attached. The keys to the truck had been left inside and the truck was unlocked. The electric powered overhead garage door was opened and the culprit(s) drove the vehicle away in an unknown direction. The vehicle has not yet been recovered.
(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Sunday morning October 16, 2011Perth County OPP officers were called to a rural residence on Line 16 just west of Perth Road 163 where a pickup truck had been stolen.
The owner had parked the truck on the grass beside the driveway as he was visiting with friends. The vehicle was last seen on Saturday night at midnight and was noticed missing at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday October 16, 2011. The truck is a blue 1998 Dodge Ram truck with Ontario plates JAYFIVE attached to the vehicle. The vehicle has a suspension lift system and the exhaust system is somewhat loud. The vehicle appears to have driven away from the residence in a westerly direction on Line 16 (towards Hwy. 23).
The keys for this vehicle were also left inside and so where some personal identification items belonging to the owner. This vehicle has also not been recovered.
(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Sunday morning October 16, 2011 Perth County OPP officers were called to a reported theft of a pickup truck from a rural residence on Line 39 north east of Mitchell. The brown 2000 Ford F150 extended cab pickup truck had been stolen from the farm driveway overnight. It had been left unlocked with the keys in the ignition.
The pickup truck was recovered Sunday morning around the noon hour on Line 23 in Zorra Twp., Oxford County. The owner was contacted and arrangements were made to return the vehicle.
(MUNICPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Monday October 17, 2011 shortly after 8 a.m. Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a farm on Road 183 south of Line 32 where a pickup truck was stolen while the owner was in the barn.
Investigation revealed that the owner had left his 2005 burgundy Ford F150 pickup truck (crew cab, short box with a tonneau cover) parked on his laneway near the house. Sometime between 7 a.m. and 7:40 a.m. a pickup truck with heavy duty tires entered onto the circular farm driveway and dropped someone off. Both vehicles left by the same driveway in a south bound direction on Road 183. This vehicle was left unlocked and the keys were inside.
