On October 21, 2015 at 12:30 a.m., the Guelph Police went to the Edinburgh Road South area for the report of a male exposing himself. It is alleged that a female was walking northbound on Edinburgh just south of Stone Road West, when a male crossed the street and stood ahead of the female on the sidewalk. The female walked past the male who exposed himself.
The male is described as: White, approximately 45 years of age, wearing all black, bald, a beard, and glasses.
