On April 5 2017, WRPS received a call about a male exposing himself to members of the public at the plaza, located at 851 Fischer Hallman Rd in Kitchener.
Police responded and were able to locate and identify the male. He was linked to a similar occurrence earlier that day and arrested. He will be held for bail hearing, and faces charges of 2 counts of indecent act and breach probation. There is no concern for public safety and no one was physically injured.
